A friendly reminder:
There will NOT be registration at tryouts. For all those interested in trying out for the boy’s soccer team this season, you must complete tryout registration by Thursday, February 23rd. Completed forms may be submitted to Matt Paskett room# 901 at Lone Peak high school. **NO LATER THAN the 23rd of February.

As a reminder Physicals are being offered this Monday and Tuesday the 13th and 14th from 3-5pm at the IHC Sports Medicine clinic in American Fork. MAP [1042 East Bamberger Drive (220 south), AF]
The coaching staff will also be there from 3-5pm so the athletes can complete the Tryout registration. Please remember, your 2 documents must be completely filled out before you can register (1.Physical, 2.Tryout checklist).

The coaching staff has decided to open the field to all those who would like to play, grades 9-12. Weather permitting, Open Field will take place Tuesday through Friday at 3pm for the next 4 weeks, ending the week before tryouts.
*Please note: We do realize that you were told that there was not going to be any activities until tryouts. After looking up weather forecasts and reopening discussions among the coaching staff with regard to our concern about the risks of preseason injuries, we decided that the opportunity to play should be made available while weather is permitting. Therefore, we reconsidered our original position as unusually dry weather continues. Nothing sinister, no tricks nor deceit, we just adjusted to fit the circumstances of the next few weeks. All student athletes are invited and welcome to participate.

To be eligible for tryouts you must complete the registration process before Thursday, February 23rd.
The Registration process…
1) Print and complete UHSAA Tryout Checklist Form & UHSAA Physical Form from the Documents Page.
2) Submit completed forms.
Please Note: Completed forms may be submitted to Coach Hale at the *IHC Sports Medicine Clinic on the 13th and 14th between 3-5pm OR to Matt Paskett at the school. **NO LATER THAN the 23rd of February.
3) Fill out Tryout Registration document with Coach Hale or Coach Paskett and receive assigned tryout number.

For Varsity/JV teams – Will be held at 3pm on February 27th, 28th, and 29th
For Sophomore/Freshman teams – Will be held at 5pm March 1st & 3pm on March 2nd if necessary

Try out information meeting for parents and players on Friday, January 27th at 6pm in the little theater at Lone Peak. All who are interested in attending tryouts are encouraged to come.
